The flat panel TV lift elevator has a centralized rack and pinion motor system that responds with precision to electronic commands. TheaterLift is not responsible for installation problems that will occur due to TVs exceeding maximum recommended size. Please note this installation can only be used with Touchstone Cabinets available on Amazon purchased through Media Supply.A universal mounting bracket on the flat panel TV lift device allows the use of most commercial LCD/plasma TV's, eliminating the need for expensive proprietary TV brackets. The service panel permits easy access to key components for easy repair or replacement. 2 year manufacturer warranty on the sub-cabinet and lift device.
