Corrugated Pallets are lightweight and therefore ideal for exporting, as well as domestic shipping. At 1/5th the weight of a wooden pallet, they are by far the cheapest way to ship Airfreight! Why pay for a 50-pound wooden pallet when you can palletize on a corrugated pallet that weighs only 10 pounds on average?From an ergonomic standpoint, consider the ease of handling for your employees and customers. No splinters, no nails, no sharp corners and lightweight! Reduce accidents and injuries with corrugated pallets. Not only are these things hazardous to employees, but also can cause trouble for equipment. Some customers may have concerns about water damage to corrugated pallets. What about water? As for storage of pallets, trailer storage is an answer if you don't currently house pallets inside. As for use, most likely, you don't want your product wet either. So, the issue becomes a non-issue. If you are in moist/damp manufacturing environments, our pallets can be made of a water resistant material.

The new pallet's runner structure can be fabricated in a standard, open cell pattern or progressively compacted to support static loads up to 3,000 lbs. The corrugated's fluting runs in the vertical for maximum strength. Deck beam strength also can be customized by varying the number of cross-laminated corrugated panels. Bottom panels are incorporated for added strength, rigidity and runner protection. The lightweight Flexcell pallets weigh from 8 to 15 lbs., depending on construction, and are available in both standard and custom configurations. They are particularly cost effective for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments as they weigh as little as 20 percent of their wood counterparts. For airfreight, we have the capability to introduce a flame retardant substance to the corrugated material used to produce the pallet. The progressive design includes an integral corrugated pallet and has been designed and manufactured with continued waste reduction in mind.
