Fork Lift Trained Engineers
We have fork lift trained engineers in our workshop reconditioning and refurbishing forklifts for sales and carrying out repairs on customer's machines, we also carry extensive stocks of spare parts to enable us to maintain hire fleet machines.
Western have built up a team of widely experienced mobile fork lift service engineers who each operate from well equipped vans covering the South West of England. Our forklift truck engineers live locally to their areas thus enabling us to respond to any problems rapidly. Typical response time is less than two hours from receipt of a call.
We operate a response system second to none with a fully qualified engineer taking calls and distributing jobs, with emergencies taking priority over routine service calls or non-priority breakdowns.
